- Initially coordinate with Operation Part/section to set up the recruitment strategy.
- Set up the recruitment plan and solutions to meet the requirements/ demands of Operations from time to time.
- Estimate, propose and manage the budget / costs of recruitment activities.
- Set up the testing criteria for interviewing (IQ test, English skills, professional basic knowledge) HR system.
- Set up working process , KPI for recruitment activities.
- Report, analyze, and evaluate the efficiency of recruitment methods at each stage.
- Build up, update and manage the database of potential candidates insert system .
- Update the job description of each title from time to time.
- Systemize and report the labor turnover (IN/ OUT) of each organization on monthly quarterly and yearly base.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management/Economy or related field.
- Good communication skills. Good English ability.
- Dynamic, active, initiative and resourceful.
- 5 years Experience in Recruitment.
